- FINAL SALE – Due to the personal nature and use of the products sold, no returns or refunds will be accepted. If the content is damaged, exchanges will be made at the discretion of Cadex PPE.
- PURCHASE OF GROUNDS – For quantities of 40 boxes and more, please contact customer service at 1-888-348-6774.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY – All personal and financial information collected on this platform will remain confidential and will be used strictly to complete the transaction.
- USE – CADEX PPE products have been custom designed to meet the highest levels of medical performance and Health Canada requirements. Mask – masks are intended for single use only, and must be properly disposed of in a lined garbage bag after use. –Face Shield: Face shields are intended for single use only. However, face shields may be reused, provided that approved cleaning procedures (provided in the packaging) are followed.
- SHIPPING TIME – Orders will be shipped within 72 hours. However, we cannot guarantee speedy shipping service. In-store pick-up: It will be possible to pick up your order by appointment, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., as long as you have chosen the in-store pick-up option when you finalize your order.
